I am looking for a hardworking gardener to prep my back garden for a new project. The garden is currently soil with significant weed growth and an old concrete path. The job involves three specific stages: 1. Thorough Hand Weeding: All weeds and green clumps must be removed by hand/tool, ensuring the roots are fully extracted so they do not grow back. (Please don't just strim the tops off!) 2. Hoeing: The entire soil area needs to be hoed to break up the top layer and loosen the earth. 3.
