I have just been given until the 31st of March to remove the last of my belongings from a 2nd floor flat in Ashford, TW15 1RX going to TW17 0QW… just over 2 miles away. I’m looking for sometime on Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th or Thursday 30th ideally. I have to arrange a 2 hour window with A2 to do this, so nothing in stone until I can contact them again tomorrow now. I know this is short notice but was only told today so I am getting straight onto finding availability and prices from local services. Do you have any availability and what would your price be please? Items left to move are mostly medium moving boxes, a few plastic boxes and some crates (like Tesco delivery ones). Probably 20 ish. There are also lots of black bags… mainly clothes/shoes that I intend to have picked up by cancer research from the driveway at drop off address (as they can’t arrange times just am or pm) again I would say 20 ish. There is a telephone table, a couple mirrors, 2 bedside tables, 1 blanket box/ottoman thing, 1 chest of 4 drawers and my metal bed frame which if I remember is slotted together in 4 parts ( am leaving the mattress for them to dispose of) Everything can just be put on the driveway at drop off address. As I haven’t been staying there this list is from what I can remember is left to get out of there… most is already boxed and bagged up in lounge, nearest to the door to get it out. I know I have half a bedroom to box up within the 2 hours they are letting me have there to get my belongings out so would ideally like 2 people to help to hopefully get everything out in time but I will muck in when I have everything I want boxed/bagged up. Sorry for the long message but wanted to be clear on what needed doing so quotes could be given as close to what it will cost as I will be borrowing the money… wasn’t planning on getting evicted this month and don’t get paid again until after I have to be out.
