Hi! I moved here 8 years ago with my husband and lots of stuff we should never have brought with us. We have since had 2 kids and accumulated even more stuff. I need to get rid of half my wardrobe and lots of other stuff I will never use again. I am very bad at staying focused and need some help! I would like to hear from a sympathetic cleaner who can clear and then deep clean a 2-bed flat where items such as clothing and books have built up over the years - to the point of over-spilling. I would also like some handywork to renail some bed slats or replace (as you see fit) and strengthen some rickety furniture (2 wardrobes and chest of draws). 2 bedrooms 1 living room 1 kitchen 1 bathroom separate toilet I can negotiate on the price a bit and can send some pics to give you an idea of the work to be done beforehand. ---- EDIT---- I have now uploaded a few pics to give you an idea of the scale of work required - apologies, it's so embarrassing. I'm doing a deep clean this week and need to remove some boxes/exercise equipment/clutter. I'm recovering from a brain tumor and can't see very well, so I need a bit of help moving things. - Due date: Before Monday, 8 May 2023

My mum's house needs deep cleaning, reorganising and decluttering (sensitive to keeping personal effects belonging to her, my dad (who died some years ago), my brother (who still lives there) and myself. There is a short window of time to do some things while my brother is away this week. There is a longer window while my mum is in hospital. I think for this job I am looking for a one off deep clean and separately a regular weekly clean. To start with it may be better to suggest an hourly rate and a number of hours. We need to determine how much it is practical to do at a time. Several visits may be necessary. It would be worthwhile enough to make some progress in a single visit by deep cleaning a few rooms. More generally we need help making a plan. The house needs to be made safe for my mum to live in and receive care. Advice on whether this a viable alternative to a care home given our circumstances would also be useful. We also need to work around my brother who is oblivious to mess and obvious risks like cabling. Generally attempts at keeping clean and clear spaces are rapidly undone. Note this is the first task I've posted here so I am not 100% sure how it works. I am thinking it terms of an hourly rate and a certain number of hours rather than a fixed sum. My guessimate assumes many hours are necessary but less hours for part of the job would still be worthwhile. - Due date: Flexible

Growing up I went through some childhood trauma starting off with losing my stuff to my brother stealing and selling my stuff and then as I got older I got in to violent abusive relationships witch caused stress and depression then I started getting depressed and struggling to keep on top of things and now I’m in a new relationship and we’re both struggling to keep on top of things because there ‘s “too much” to sort out and I don’t no how to organise or arrange things 🤦🏼‍♀️ I really need someone who can help Me just go through the whole house and throw away and organise everything so I can Keep on top of things.
