Cellar has mould and I need to get rid of things and also save necessary items. I would recommend masks to be worn. I’ve got long Covid so cannot do this myself.

We have a 70kg washing machine that needs lifting down a reasonably narrow flight of 13 stairs to the basement. It will have to be carried over waist height due to a handrail. It will need at least two people to move the machine and someone at the bottom who can comfortably take that weight down the stairs. Moving an American fridge freezer down a staircase into a basement flat. Pictured.

Clear junk from allotment and take to dump. Needs 2 people as some things bulky. One trip required. Not big job - max 2 hours

This task is in 2 parts. 1. On the back of renovating we have a load of rubbish piled up in the garage. It’s dismantled furniture (bed, wardrobe), empty boxes, garden waste, paint tins, etc. See pic. I need someone to come, pick up and dispose of it all. 2. We have a large, heavy Hisense double-fridge that needs to be moved from the house to the cleared out garage. Easiest route is probably wheeling around to the back of the garage so will likely need a heavy duty trolley or dolly. So the job needs at least 2 people (to shift stuff + fridge move) and a large van to take the garage items. Thanks

A base part of a Treadmill moved from the ground floor to the basement, quite narrow tricky steps, once in the basement quite easy straight line to the back. The base platform is heavy and requires two quite strong guys. The boxed product was 102kg, however almost half this weight has been already removed as smaller parts , it’s just the base board. It’s heavier one end with the electronics than the other.

I have a few boxes to clear from my office, with a TV screen, and 4 computers ,a printer, plus some documents. I need someone to assist to clear this tomorrow. If you have a van or car that will be better so you can do the drop off. If you haven't then it will just be bringing the items to a taxi van.
