Need a flat clearance done, I want to pack everything into boxes and stack them into one room nothing particularly heavy. I could do it myself but I’m scared of spiders, tenant to be moving in soon after. (If you’re scared of spiders you need not respond, thank you)

I have recently moved flats and I need help with unpacking and organising bags and boxes and general sorting out my belongings into the best possible place to avoid the flat looking cluttered and untidy. I would welcome advice about this from someone new. I have back issues which makes this task more challenging for myself so I need assistance from someone. My sister will be there to help but she also has back issues. Please let me know if you can help?

I moved in yesterday and am just overwhelmed with the amount of unpacking, tidying and throwing stuff I dont want out.
