To fix and repair cracks in a couple of skirting boards and a small part of the wall where the plaster has cracked.

I recently had to get some damp treatment in a section of my lounge and hallway. The old skirting board had to be removed and the walls have been replastered. I need to refit new skirting boards and ideally new beading.

I need laminate flooring layed down in the front room and small hallway area and skirting boards fitted around that area.

I need a section of the skirting board in the kitchen cut out to be able to remove the washing machine which is currently integrated so we can install a freestanding one. need the sides where it has been cut left neatly and not rough.
