Underfloor heating hasn't been in use for months. Upon wanting to use it, the Heatmiser branded switchboard no longer powered on. Purchased a new model and just installed it, but it also does not powering on. Will need help fix the issue and install the new unit.

My underfloor heating is not switching on. I live in an apartment block, their management sent some engineers and they confirmed there is no issue with the HIU unit as the heating is switched on but it isn't travelling because there is an issue with underfloor heating manifold. My guess is that a temperature switch controller is out of order and needs replacing, the heating in the room is not adjusted because of that and it is cold. I need an electrician who’d be able to look into this urgently Friday 10th November! The temperature on the thermostat is not rising much (18/19) and the rooms are not warming up either. However the heating in the bathroom seems to be working.
