l want to replace my old carpet with laminste flooring. I have all the materials from BnQ for underlay and wood,. Just the living room to understairs and entrance. Lounge - 18’08 x 15’06

Laminate flooring needs fitting in my lounge, hallway and utility cupboard. I need the skirting undercut (as the new flooring is 14mm and the old was 12mm) or it caulked. The previous floor has been removed. Needs to be done asap as previously let down.

Redo edges of floor or skirting/ fix door frames/ sort fireplace to put on electric stove/ custom shelf and desk either side of fireplace/ put in worktop and undermount sink/ fix step from kitchen to dining room

Kitchen floor was half tiles, half carpet. Both tiles and carpet appear to have been glued down to some boarding which goes under kitchen counter. Need someone to even the floor so there's no step change (maybe just pull out the boarding?) and lay a new laminate wooden floor

We have terrazzo floors in communal landings over 7 floors(4 flats per floor). Fit and younger residents have been able to scrape off old, discoloured wax but older residents can't do this as it involves getting on your knees. We need a younger person. The photo attached shows a cleaned area and a dirty area.
