Kitchen floor was half tiles, half carpet. Both tiles and carpet appear to have been glued down to some boarding which goes under kitchen counter. Need someone to even the floor so there's no step change (maybe just pull out the boarding?) and lay a new laminate wooden floor

We have terrazzo floors in communal landings over 7 floors(4 flats per floor). Fit and younger residents have been able to scrape off old, discoloured wax but older residents can't do this as it involves getting on your knees. We need a younger person. The photo attached shows a cleaned area and a dirty area.

I have had an internal wall plastered over and now i need to match the skirting with the rest of the wall on both sides. I do have some skirting saved from another wall but it doesnt really fit. Not sure if it can be made to fit or whether we need to start again?

Small 1 bed flat. Laying of Vinyl flooring in small square hallway and smaller square bathroom. Hallway is approximately 7 foot by 5 and bathroom is aprox 5'6 x 5ft.. Old flooring has been lifted in bathroom due to water damage. Would prefer new vinyl be laid over old flooring in the hallway as that has dried out.Door way floor bars need lifting then put back but they are only glued down .
