There are a few damages on the floor that needs fixing. We have extra flooring to replace.

The flooring in my outhouse building house was sinking due to moisture damaged wood. I’ll need the joists replaced and noggins added for load bearing (space is used as gym) and new hardwood layer on top

We need an experienced installer to supply & fit Polysafe/safety vinyl flooring in void (un-let) properties – mainly kitchens and bathrooms. Jobs are regular with multiple installs per week and the right person can secure a permanent role within the business. Scope typically includes: uplift/remove existing floor covering if required, prep subfloor (clean/scrape/minor make-good), lay Polysafe neatly with clean cuts around WC/basin/pipework, finish edges/thresholds and seal/weld where required, and leave site tidy with waste removed.

Floor board fixing in one room where there are pipes underneath and then to also check and fix hallway floor boards

I need 2 floor boards replaced in my living room. I took a video & can share it if it is any help.

An LVT floor was laid in this room and then pieces were broken by the plumber when we had a radiator changed. We will need to order another box of the flooring. Half of the floor is already laid.

Damage to 3 Amtico tiles , need replacing with new tiles. The 3 damaged planks would. Need to be removed with a heat gun and then new ones stuck down. I already have spare Amtico planks so don’t need those to be supplied. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 27 December 2023

This is a two part job. Part 1 - Repair/replace squeaky floorboards in bedroom and landing A number of floorboards need to be repaired or replaced as they make a lot of noise. It's not clear what the issue is, i.e. whether it's a floorboard issue, joist issue etc. The bedroom is 4m x 3.45m but only some of the floorboards are squeaky. The job is to identify which floorboards are making noise and repair or replace them. The room is carpeted but the carpet will be disposed of. Some or all of the carpet/underlay will need to be removed. Same applies for the landing. As part of this job, the pipes connecting the radiator have started to sag so they need to be secured into their original position. Part 2: Repair squeaky staircase Some of the treads make noise where they meet the riser but some also make noise across the tread so it's possible some mouldings will need to be fitted. All of the treads will need to removed and then re-secured with the appropriate countersunk screws. The stairs are carpeted so the carpet and underlay will need to be removed. Existing nails, padding, staples etc. to be removed from treads and risers. - Due date: Flexible

Bedroom floor is squeaky and requires repair. There is carpet laid that will need to be lifted to access floorboards. - Due date: Flexible

I need decorating and new flooring throyghout the house. Repairs done and garden cleared and tidied - Due date: Before Thursday, 31 August 2023

Flooring in small section of kitchen is damaged so need to repair it. Would like laminate floors or potentially tiles placed - flexible on what individual thinks would be best. Wiling to pay for transport if travelling from outside of Colchester e.g. London. Can be done Monday afternoon, evening or night. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 5 July 2022
