Job: Secure Fence Panels to Wall 2 (of 6) fence panels fixed to the top of a garden wall have come loose. The posts are still in place but need to be re-secured to the wall so the panels are stable and safe. Looking for someone with the tools (assume masonry bolts - I bought some 80mm ones but they are too small) and experience to re-fix the posts and ensure the panels are secure, while making sure end result looks good visually. In the photos, the stepladder with sandbag on top is pushing the loosest bit back against the wall. 4 of the 6 fence posts are still securely attached.

I am currently keeping an eye out for second hand or cheap fence panels and could use help erecting them once I find some. I currently have broken double gates I need to replace. Open to someone sourcing these for me too but looking for free or very cheap - don’t mind if they’re not perfect as I can clean up and paint etc.
