We have recently had our flat decorated, and new bath panels installed. Since this time, our bath taps have started leaking and we believe they need replacing. The new bath panels were tricky to install and have been cut to size etc (as in pictures), so we’d ideally like this done without the new bath panels removing. We'd like a whole new tap, shower head, waterfall shower set up (not piping behind the walls, but connected externally from the bath taps). Image of the shower we would like are attached. Inside bath tap is worn and needs replacing and the outside tap is constantly dripping and needs replacing. I don’t know which taps are needed so would like someone to come and check and provide the taps and compete the work.

Just to explain the issue, in February we started getting a leak through our living room ceiling light fixture, it was coming from the patio of the flat above. The flat above is council owned so we contacted them to assess the issue and was informed it was a waterlogged patio. Since then the council have informed us the issue has been resolved. It had caused some internal damage such as slight paint bubbling and damage to the plaster. Potential electrical damage but we have not tried to use the light since leak started. Looking for someone qualified to handle all issues. Repair of water damage, repair of plaster & refit of new lights. Price can be negotiated, as not sure of work cost

I need help with two assembly jobs at my flat in Chesham (HP5 1IB), to be completed in one visit this Thursday. Job 1: Full assembly of IKEA PAX / KAMMARTORP / GULLABERG wardrobe (200x60x201 cm). Item is new in boxes and requires unpacking and full build. The mirror doors are heavy, so this may require 2 people. Please bring your own tools. Job 2: Finish assembling a bed frame. I have completed most of it but need help with the final steps (around steps 20–25). Please see attached images - there are 5 steps left to this build only. Treat a 5m x 3m decked area, the steps, balustrades & handrails with a wax oil treatment which will be supplied. 2 coats are required on the decking & steps. Brushes and tools supplied. This task can only be carried out when the weather is good and dry and the wood has not been wet. Therefore timing is largely dictated by the weather.

Task: Replace 2 Ceiling Light Fixtures & Hang Lampshades I’d like to update the light fittings in two rooms: • Bedroom: Remove current pendant with multiple hanging cables and install a single cable fitting suitable for a standard lampshade (single bulb). Then hang the new lampshade. • Living/Dining Room: Remove existing chandelier-style pendant and replace with a simple fitting for the same type of bulb as the bedroom. Then hang the new lampshade. Please ensure both lights are safely installed, wiring checked, and compatible with standard lampshades. Task 2: The switch appears to be broken and isn’t working properly. After removing the cover, it looks like something may be wrong with the wiring/cables behind the switch. Because of this, I don’t think it’s safe to use, and it likely needs to be checked and repaired by a professional.

I need someone to block the holes on the floor area under the stairs shown in the photo. The holes need to be covered neatly and the plywood should not be higher than the existing floor I outside of the area or the concrete inside the area. This is just prep work for understairs storage that will be fitted in a few weeks.
