Approximately a dozen ridge cap terracotta tiles are dislodged. Will need replacing and repointing . A few other tiles are either cracked or dislodged. Lastly the adjoining flashing on the southern side of roof attached to adjacent building roof ,is needs attention. Water is seeping through. Access maybe gained from the rear of the building , preferably. If it is possible to complete the works outlined without the assistance of scaffolding, that would be preferred, given the additional expense.. I have sent a Drone up to get some detailed images.
