Ac circuit board need fixing

**1. Refit roller blind bracket** Roller blind bracket pulled out of the window reveal. Plasterboard anchors have torn out. Need old holes filled and both brackets refixed properly, either into the uPVC frame head or into solid material behind the plaster. One window, under an hour. **2. Reseal two kitchen sink areas** Failed sealant along the worktop to upstand joint at two separate sink areas in the same kitchen, plus around the base of the mixer tap at each. Rake out old sealant, clean and dry, reseal with mould resistant silicone colour matched to light quartz. Also tighten the taps underneath if there is any movement. Both Blanco undermount sinks.

I have new worktops to replace old ones

2 Bathroom taps are slightly leaking and I think it's the cartridges that need changing after 6 years. I don't have the replacement cartridges but should be cheap to buy. We want to switch out the lampshades for 3x bathroom lights in our house but cannot work out how to do this ourselves. See images attached of what the lights look like and what the replacement shades look like. We can't work out how to unscrew the light fitting, and when we attempted one, the bulb stopped working, so we need someone with a background in electrics, if not a qualified electrician. Two of the lamps are on the same circuit in the same room, one in another bathroom.

Title: Dismantle sofa bed and move upstairs I need someone to partially dismantle a heavy sofa bed, move it upstairs and reassemble it. The sofa is currently too wide to get up the stairs, so the two side arms need to be removed first. Once dismantled, I need the sofa bed carried upstairs to the bedroom and the arms securely reattached. Job includes: - Remove both arms from the sofa bed - Carefully carry/move the sofa bed upstairs - Avoid damage to the sofa, walls and staircase - Reattach both arms securely once upstairs - Bring appropriate tools for dismantling/reassembly The sofa bed is quite heavy, so this may be a two-person job. New Dunelm light cable and ceiling plate, bulb and lampshade to be installed in second bedroom. The old light cable and electrics are very old so it's not just an easy swap, which we tried to do ourselves.
