Skirting boards Fill/repair visible gaps at skirting board joints recently installed Apply decorator’s caulk where needed between skirting and wall Touch up/repaint affected areas in white Make the corners and joins look neat and professionally finished 2. Floor transition/threshold strips Install 2 door threshold/transition trims between marble/tile flooring and laminate/wood flooring The transition strips are already purchased and but they would need to be cut. Secure and finish them neatly so there are no visible gaps or movement. Photos attached but any questions can be answered

Replace detached 40mm external waste pipe - Tooting Need a handyman/plumber to replace and fit a grey 40mm PVC solvent-weld waste pipe on an outside brick wall. It connects to 2 copper outlets coming from the wall for sink + bath and has perished . Job: Supply + fit new 40mm pipe , adapters and clips, cut/join pipe, solvent weld to a new 40mm double branch, and reseal wall entries with exterior silicone.

i have a swing set installed in fake grass on top of sand and gravel with no proper hard ground/soil underneath. the swing legs keep on coming out, weve tried anchors and tried cement but its still coming out

I need help with two assembly jobs at my flat in Chesham (HP5 1IB), to be completed in one visit this Thursday. Job 1: Full assembly of IKEA PAX / KAMMARTORP / GULLABERG wardrobe (200x60x201 cm). Item is new in boxes and requires unpacking and full build. The mirror doors are heavy, so this may require 2 people. Please bring your own tools. Job 2: Finish assembling a bed frame. I have completed most of it but need help with the final steps (around steps 20–25). Please see attached images - there are 5 steps left to this build only. Important: I work from home and cannot assist with lifting. Please only quote if you have experience with IKEA furniture and can complete both jobs in one day.
