The toilet seat keeps rotating sideways and becoming loose. A handyman replaced the hinges and fixed it a few months ago, but the issue has come back again. I’m looking for a proper long-term fix, ideally using heavy-duty toilet seat fixings such as metal expanding rubber bolts or similar, so it stays secure. Please bring appropriate fixings if needed.

Our bathroom tap is dripping for some time now due to it needed a new one fitted due to limescale. We are unsure what taps will fit well.

Task: Replace 2 Ceiling Light Fixtures & Hang Lampshades I’d like to update the light fittings in two rooms: • Bedroom: Remove current pendant with multiple hanging cables and install a single cable fitting suitable for a standard lampshade (single bulb). Then hang the new lampshade. • Living/Dining Room: Remove existing chandelier-style pendant and replace with a simple fitting for the same type of bulb as the bedroom. Then hang the new lampshade. Please ensure both lights are safely installed, wiring checked, and compatible with standard lampshades. Task 2: The switch appears to be broken and isn’t working properly. After removing the cover, it looks like something may be wrong with the wiring/cables behind the switch. I want two ethernet socket connections fitted in upstairs bedrooms on second floor. Today my internet connection enters the house in downstairs living room and I want to extend connectivity to upstairs bedroom from the outside for gaming in bedrooms.
