Replace bathroom taps as the current one’s are old

The bath sealant keeps cracking due to the bath dipping down when you stand in it to shower. I think this is due to the floor bowing slightly from a leak and now the sealant won’t hold. This has been leaking for well over a year. We have had many people come and seal the bath and it just cracks again after a few days, there is an issue with the bath dipping which needs to be fixed first before sealing again.

I need to service my coffee machine (wega pegaso) asap. I don’t have pressure in the groups but it’s normal in the stream wand and water wand also the meter says we dint have pressure.

Job 1: Carpet has come away from the 3x door bars on the landing and some of the wall edges. It needs to be stretched back onto the tack strips and both the underlay and carpet glued down at those edges with carpet adhesive. Carpet spray adhesive and carpet stretcher provided. Job 2: The magnetic door seal strips in the shower need to be replaced. The old ones have become brittle and no longer hold the door closed, so they need to be removed and the new ones clipped on. There is some sealant on the strip on the glass wall which should come off easily, and it might require some new sealant at the bottom. The new seal strips are onsite ready to install.

I have some bass traps which are things put in the corners of a music studio room to help sound. They are too tall for the new room where i need ones around 33cm of height only to fit in corner gap. The current ones are more than a metre in height . I need to create with the existing panels, 3 small new small ones essentially. down to the size to fit 3 corners . They’re made from wood and fabric . Once cut the top wooden plate will go back on the new ones. It’s quite simple with the right tools. Cut, stick the wood plate on top and that’s it. If u want to see them they’re made by GIK acoustics

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm.
