My staircase and some places upstairs creaks whenever you walk on it, I am going to get the carpets replaced soon so thought I would ask if someone can take a look at the floorboard to stop squeaking noises. There is currently carpet on the stairs, landing and bedroom, however I am getting them replaced anyways so I just need someone to take off the existing carpet and fix the floorboard, there is no need to fit the carpets again.

Treat a 5m x 3m decked area, the steps, balustrades & handrails with a wax oil treatment which will be supplied. 2 coats are required on the decking & steps. Brushes and tools supplied. This task can only be carried out when the weather is good and dry and the wood has not been wet. Therefore timing is largely dictated by the weather.

I need someone to block the holes on the floor area under the stairs shown in the photo. The holes need to be covered neatly and the plywood should not be higher than the existing floor I outside of the area or the concrete inside the area. This is just prep work for understairs storage that will be fitted in a few weeks.
