Scope of Works Supply and install the electrical wiring required for a mains-powered, interlinked fire alarm system throughout the property, including: * Install 1 × smoke alarm within the ground-floor hallway/escape route. * Install 1 × smoke alarm within the communal lounge area. * Install 1 × smoke alarm at first-floor landing/escape route. * Install 1 × smoke alarm at second-floor landing/escape route. * Install 1 × heat alarm within the kitchen. * Install new cabling as required to supply and interlink all alarms. * Cabling to be installed surface-mounted using white flexible cable, neatly clipped direct along the existing decorative panelling and other suitable surfaces. * Provide and install a new protective device at the consumer unit where required. * Connect, test and commission all alarms on completion, including confirmation of correct interlink operation. Client-Supplied Items All smoke and heat alarms are to be supplied by the client and must be suitable for mains-powered interlinked operation.

I have three light fittings that need replacing. All new fittings will be supplied. The property had new wiring and a new fuseboard installed in 2024. 1. Living room light fitting Replace the existing ceiling light (photo 1) with the new fitting (photo 2 - pooky shard chandelier). I’d also like to install a PU ceiling rose at the same time (supplied). I may need a bit of advice on the best way to incorporate the rose with the new fitting. 2. Outdoor light Swap the current outdoor light for a like‑for‑like replacement.
