I'm looking for a reliable, skilled tradesperson to carry out some shelving and finishing work in my home office/gaming room. The work required includes: - Custom wardrobe shelf: Measure, supply and fit a bespoke shelf inside my built-in wardrobe to fit the available space. - Two full-length wall shelves: Supply and install two long shelves along the walls, at approximately the heights marked in red in the attached photos. These need to be measured properly and securely fixed to the walls. - Painting and finishing: Paint all newly fitted shelves black for a clean, consistent finish. - Grip matting: Cut and glue the grip matting I already have onto the top of the shelves. - Electrical work: Replace two existing light switches and replace the ceiling light fitting. - Additional wall mounting: Potentially hang a few items on the walls while carrying out the work, depending on cost. I'd like the shelves to be sturdy, neatly finished and suitable for a modern black-themed gaming room. Please let me know whether you can undertake all the work, including the electrical work, and provide an estimated price. I have a dual fan cooker that needs installing

Basically balls’d up the pipes under the bath, there was a leak I just went mad with plumbers putty now I can actually get it fixed by an expert. Also the electric shower won’t load so that would be nice to be fixed in thinking to just buy a completely new one and get an expert to fix it if he/she can’t figure out what’s wrong with it.

I’ve removed an old electric fireplace and have an unused electrical socket at the back of the recess. I’m planning to plasterboard over the entire opening to create a flat wall, so need the socket removed and the wiring made permanently safe to conceal. I’d like a qualified electrician to: * Check the existing wiring and circuit. * Remove the redundant socket. * Safely disconnect, remove or appropriately terminate the wiring so the opening can be permanently plasterboarded over, with no inaccessible connections requiring maintenance. * Complete any necessary electrical testing. Need an electric hob installed. The delivery team couldn’t install it as the existing worktop cut-out needs a small amount of shaving/adjustment. Once adjusted, the hob needs fitting, connecting to the existing electrical supply and testing. Looking for someone experienced/qualified to complete the job.

We’ve removed a wall-mounted electric fire and need the redundant wiring safely disconnected/removed, with all holes and wall damage filled/plastered. We’d like the wall left smooth, plain and ready to paint. Ideally, we’d like someone who can do both the electrical work and wall repair.
