Please can you instal an electric fire and also remove the old ceiling light and replace it with the new ceiling fan. The wall has been plastered and painted now too. This image just shows where I would like the fire on the wall. It is a downward heat output.

I need someone experienced with auto electrics/vehicle diagnostics to look at two issues on my 2018 Mazda CX-5. The passenger-side wing mirror was replaced after damage, but the blind spot monitoring has not worked properly since. I’m not sure if the wrong mirror was fitted or if there is a wiring/connection issue. One of the front parking sensors was also knocked out by a car wash, and since then the parking sensors have been behaving strangely. I’m looking for someone who can inspect and diagnose both issues, but also be confident carrying out the repair if it is something that can be fixed on the day. This may involve checking wiring/connections, refitting or replacing a parking sensor, or advising if the mirror needs replacing with the correct part. Ideally looking for someone practical, reliable and comfortable with vehicle electrical faults, parking sensors and blind spot monitoring systems.

Hello Our bedroom has wooden slats when electrician channelled cable he left them loose. Probably 6 boards need fixing.

I need to move a light fitting in the dining area due to reconfiguring the space. Photos show existing light fitting. I would like this moved central to the table, There is a speaker in the ceiling that may also need to be moved to accommodate - but I don’t see it being an issue. Once done, would need help to instal a new light fitting in the new space. Photos 4 and 5 show the new light that needs fitting, Plus I have another new light for in the garden room (to existing fitting). Ideally looking to have the work done on 13 May if possible

2 light switches and 2 smoke detectors need replacing- i will need to order them to the house so they will be there when you arrive (I am helping the owner of the house as they are not well and I live in London). And the oven is not working but not sure whats wrong with it so will need to be looked at if you can. Do you mind also quoting for picking up the switches and smoke detectors, and quoting for just labour. I would love to have you as our local handyman in Manchester.
