Looking for a qualified and experienced electrician to install two ceiling lights and complete some electrical work. One light is for the living room and is quite heavy, so it will need to be installed safely with the correct support. The ceiling will need to be checked to locate a suitable beam or secure fixing point, as I want to make sure it is properly supported and safe. The second light is for the bedroom. This is a lightweight flush ceiling light that sits directly against the ceiling, so it should be a simpler installation. I’m looking for an experienced electrician or architectural lighting installer to install a premium recessed LED lighting feature within my newly renovated aesthetics clinic. The current COB LED strip has already been installed, however I would like the installation upgraded to a true architectural recessed finish. Scope of Work * Remove the existing COB LED strip carefully. * Chase/cut a neat recessed channel into the ceiling/wall junction where required. * Install a flexible recessed LED profile or suitable architectural solution that follows a curved wall. * Reinstall the COB LED strip inside the recessed profile with a frosted diffuser to create a seamless line of light with no visible LED dots. * Make good the plaster after installation. * Sand and leave ready for decorating (or repaint if agreed). * Ensure the recessed line is perfectly straight and follows the curve smoothly. Replace old electric integrated cooker hood with a new integrated cooker hood

I have a portable AC unit that part of it has stopped working. The unit has multiple modes, and the normal "Fan" mode still works. But the actual AC cooling mode doesn't work anymore. When put into this mode the AC starts of blowing out cold air as it should, but the heat exhaust pipe at the back isn't producing anything. It used to push out warm air very powerfully where the hose attached and went out the window. We can see inside the heat exhaust pipe that the blower wheel is moving around a lot more and seems potentially loose. It makes a lot more noise then it used to and seems to bang against the side. Eventually the wheel seems to stop and then warm air comes out the front instead of the cold air. I would guess the problem is with the wheel or motor that's stopping the hot air from being funnelled out and it's causing it to overheat but I'm not really sure.

I’m looking for a qualified electrician, ideally with previous experience installing hexagon/honeycomb LED lighting systems, to upgrade the lighting in my integral garage/home gym in Manchester. There is currently a standard LED strip/batten light fitted to the centre of the garage ceiling, controlled by the existing wall switch. I’m looking to have this removed and replaced with a hexagon LED lighting system, securely mounted to the boarded ceiling and professionally connected to the existing switched lighting circuit. The garage is approximately 3m wide and is being converted into a dedicated home gym. I will supply the hexagon lighting kit, but I’m happy to discuss the exact kit with the installer before purchasing to ensure it is suitable for the installation.
