I posted a similar job recently and we had someone come in who we have used previously to remove all garden tile stains but unfortunately they were unable to seal the tiles. So I am posting again. We need some further small stains to be removed (it will not take long as most of them have already been removed) and most importantly, we need our tiles to be sealed with an excellent garden tile sealer to prevent further future stains and to protect our porcelain tiles. You must be professional in having this kind of experience and I will be looking at reviews. thank you!

I need an experienced decorator to repair and repaint the ceiling in my son's bedroom. The ceiling has an old water stain from a leak that was repaired several years ago. The area is completely dry and the stain has not changed for years. The ceiling was previously repainted, but I don't believe a stain-blocking primer was used, so the stain has bled back through. The job will involve: Preparing the damaged area (scraping/sanding any loose paint if required). Treating any surface mould if necessary. Applying a suitable stain-blocking primer/sealer. Filling/sanding any minor imperfections if needed. Repainting the entire ceiling with two coats of white ceiling paint. Local handyman needed to prep and stain/varnish wooden climbing frame – North London. It’s a Backyard Discovery Lakewood wooden swing set / climbing frame which was assembled a few months ago. It now needs to be properly treated with a cedar-coloured outdoor wood stain / protector (I have the protector already). The job will need to be done over 2–3 weekday visits to allow for prep, drying time and coats, and will need to be scheduled during a run of dry weather. Visit 1 – Prep: Wash down / clean the frame with warm soapy water and a stiff brush; Rinse and allow to dry; Light sanding in key areas (handholds, ladder areas, corners etc.); Wipe away dust; Cover / protect slide and swings before staining. Need to remove colour stain or paint small portion if white door

Hi, I have a long, vertical water stain on my bedroom wall caused by a previous, historic leak from months ago (the leak has been fully resolved and the wall is completely dry now). There is NO mould, but there is some water staining/discolouration and slight paint peeling near the window frame. The job requires: 1: Properly scraping and sanding down all the peeling/flaking paint to ensure a perfectly smooth surface before priming. 2: Applying a stain block primer (e.g., Zinsser B-I-N or similar) to ensure the stain doesn't bleed through. 3: Repainting it with white emulsion paint. Please note that the final paint colour must be an exact match to the original wall colour (no patchy or mismatched whites). 4: The bedroom is fully carpeted, so you must bring proper dust sheets/protection and ensure no paint or debris stains the carpet. I got a black stain on it, panicked and used bleach to clean it (im an idiot, i know 🤦🏻‍♂️ ) and now there is some discolouration Is there a way of fixing it?
