Would like original pine floor in downstairs hallway and living/dining room to be sanded and stained. Approx 35m2. Would also like any gaps between the skirting and original floors to be filled with white silicone.

There are two areas in the house where a leak from upstairs stained the ceiling. The ceiling needs restoration. For the ceiling standard white paint is required however there is a matte gray painted area in the bathroom that requires a gray paint that I will try and source ahead of time. There is a step ladder in the house but might be too short depending on height, so a ladder may be required. There is a stained area in a built-in wood wardrobe, if we can apply varnish to restore the wood (or any alternative suggestion from you) it would be much appreaciated. Some stains from cooking on the walls to be covered up on sections of two walls. Per the final photo, a glass bottle of oil fell from a cupboard and smashed and splattered oil stains on a section of wall. I tried to get some of it off but ending up taking some of the paint off. I would like the affected area to be repainted. I am unable to provide the paint but it just a general magnolia colour / am happy for it to be any neutral white cream colour.
