I need someone to colour match and stain oak stair treads to our floor colour.

I need a small ceiling repair completed at an office. There is currently an open access hole in the plasterboard ceiling, as shown in the attached photo. Ceiling opening is approximately 450 mm × 450 mm. I would like: * A metal access hatch/panel supplied and installed over the existing opening. * The hatch must be hinged/openable and closable, with a simple secure latch. * Ideally a neat, flush-fitting white metal access panel suitable for a commercial office ceiling. * Any minor making-good around the opening required for the hatch installation. * The existing water staining/discolouration around the opening and surrounding ceiling to be prepared and repainted. * Stained areas should ideally be treated with a stain-blocking primer first so the marks do not come back through the new paint. * Ceiling paint to be matched as closely as reasonably possible to the existing white finish. * All materials, labour and clean-up included. The source of the previous water staining is being dealt with separately - this task is for the access hatch installation and cosmetic ceiling repair/painting only. Please provide your best fixed price including materials. I am looking for a cost-effective solution rather than anything bespoke or decorative. If possible, please also state: 1. I’m looking for someone experienced with vinyl/contact paper wrapping to wrap all 4 cabinets shown in the photos in a stainless steel look. I attempted to wrap one of the cabinets myself, as shown in the photos, but I’m not happy with the result. The contact paper I have already applied will need to be removed and redone. I’m looking for a clean and professional finish, particularly around the edges, corners and doors, with no bubbles or obvious seams.

I need an experienced kitchen fitter or handyman to re-seat and re-seal a top-mount stainless steel utility sink set into a granite worktop. Access: ​Wide-open access under the cabinet (plumbing is standard flex/plastic). ​Job Details & Requirements: ​The Issue: The original sealant has degraded, causing the metal rim to lift away from the granite cutout. ​Clamping System: The sink uses built-in spring-loaded / press-fit serrated clips along the underside track (no manual tightening screws). Because the granite is hard and smooth, these clips cannot bite into the stone, so the repair relies entirely on proper surface prep, a strong hybrid polymer sealant bond, and temporary weighting. ​Required Scope of Work: ​Isolate the water supply (isolation valves are easily accessible directly under the sink) and disconnect flexible waste/trap pipework as needed. ​Lift/remove the sink completely. ​Crucial: Fully scrape off all old silicone, foam tape, and old yellow glue residue from both the granite cutout edge and the metal clip track. Wipe down with a solvent degreaser (isopropyl alcohol or acetone). ​Apply a generous bead of high-tack hybrid sealant (e.g., CT1, Stixall, or high-grade sanitary silicone) along the rim. ​Re-seat the sink, clean off all squeezed-out excess sealant, and place heavy weights (e.g., paint cans or water buckets) across the edges while it cures. ​Reconnect plumbing and test for leaks

I posted a similar job recently and we had someone come in who we have used previously to remove all garden tile stains but unfortunately they were unable to seal the tiles. So I am posting again. We need some further small stains to be removed (it will not take long as most of them have already been removed) and most importantly, we need our tiles to be sealed with an excellent garden tile sealer to prevent further future stains and to protect our porcelain tiles. You must be professional in having this kind of experience and I will be looking at reviews. thank you!
