Renovating kitchen and utility to make open plan kitchen lounge. Two bits we still need are: * remove the brick wall from the outrigger/extension and make sure the roof is supported. There are no rooms above that part of the house - just slate roof. Dimensions are 65cm wide x 250cm tall. * rebuild bottom part of brick pier/column on outside wall which was partially removed by previous owners. Its needed to support bricks and steelwork above. Rebuild 115cm tall (from ground).

Hi I need a general builder to creat a new stud wall , allow to install timber , insulation, plasterboard and skimming. Allow for skirting to both sides . No decoration required. Wall size is approx 4m wide by 2.8m height. Allow to also removal of a small stuff wall approx 2.5m x 1.8m and make good to surfaces. All materials will be supplied just need labour only unless you want to give price for both. Waste to be disposed off . Any questions do ask. Looking for someone to install wooden decking and a wooden pergola. The decked area will be 2.4m x 2.4m and the pergola would be 2.5m high. Example attached and the location in the garden attached too. Happy to purchase the decking and pergola kits or materials for the build. I need a skilled handyman/carpenter to design and install a wooden panel with a cat flap into the fixed side of my sliding uPVC patio door frame (see photos). Requirements: Construct a solid wooden panel that securely fits in the door jamb/track. Cut and install a cat flap (to be supplied by me, or you can recommend one). Ensure the panel is securely fixed in place (cannot be pushed out easily). Add weatherproofing/sealing so no draughts or rain get through. Must include security features — e.g. ability to lock/secure the sliding door against the panel so the property remains safe. Finish should be neat and durable for outdoor exposure. Photos attached of the door area for reference. You will need to: Provide the materials (wood, sealant, fixings) — please include in your quote. Bring tools and equipment for measuring, cutting, and installation.
