Hi I need a general builder to creat a new stud wall , allow to install timber , insulation, plasterboard and skimming. Allow for skirting to both sides . No decoration required. Wall size is approx 4m wide by 2.8m height. Allow to also removal of a small stuff wall approx 2.5m x 1.8m and make good to surfaces. All materials will be supplied just need labour only unless you want to give price for both. Waste to be disposed off . Any questions do ask. I have attached 2 images . 1) one with existing wall triangular wall to be removed which is a plasterboard stud wall. 2) image where the proposed wall is to go in front of the beds. Thanks

I need a skilled handyman/carpenter to design and install a wooden panel with a cat flap into the fixed side of my sliding uPVC patio door frame (see photos). Requirements: Construct a solid wooden panel that securely fits in the door jamb/track. Cut and install a cat flap (to be supplied by me, or you can recommend one). Ensure the panel is securely fixed in place (cannot be pushed out easily). Add weatherproofing/sealing so no draughts or rain get through. Must include security features — e.g. ability to lock/secure the sliding door against the panel so the property remains safe. Finish should be neat and durable for outdoor exposure. I have a double IKEA loft bed that I’ve put up twice before that I need to put up again. I have all the parts for it and have all the tools needed. I also need to build the flat pack pergola in my garden. I’ve never done this before. It’s a brand new flat pack pergola from Dunster House and I have bought some post shoes for it as well, to fix it to the paving in my garden. I have the tools to put it together and am fit enough to do my bit, I just need someone else’s help. That person does not need to be massively fit or experienced either. It’s a simple job.
