1. Install the aluminium flashing I already have between the house wall and the pergola to seal the gap and make it weatherproof. The flashing should be securely fixed to the wall with suitable masonry fixings and sealed with an exterior-grade silicone. 2. Secure the pergola to the patio by drilling through the pergola legs and the patio tiles into the concrete base below, then bolting the legs down with appropriate fixings. Please bring the necessary tools for drilling masonry, tiles and aluminium, along with any fixings and weatherproof sealant required. Photos are attached showing the existing gap. I am flexible with the amount offered.

I have an outsunny 9x6 shed that i need help to assemble.

Large garden shed to be demolished and materials disposed of. Roughly 7x4m in size. Made of wood but very poor condition and parts falling off.
