Washing machine leaks water when go into draining mode

I bought a NoblePro E8i treadmill 12 months ago second hand and stored it in my garage until last week. It was fine when I bought it, but now it’s not! Previous owner had it for less than a year and never used it, so it’s 2 years old with zero miles on the clock. I had to take it all apart to get it out of her apartment and rebuilt it last week - all the connecting wires seem connected. The base unit is receiving power (on switch lights up) but screen is dead and buttons doing nothing. Hopefully it’s just a dodgy wire that’s been damaged during a house move 6 months ago, but need someone to diagnose and repair please

I have a Webb WER410SP that won't start after winter. I've already replaced the spark plug, drained the old oil, and put in fresh fuel, but I suspect the carburettor is clogged with stale fuel
