Built-in electric oven. The oven door glass required repair. A previous repairer removed the oven from the housing and dismantled the door but abandoned the job before completing it. The oven now needs to be correctly reinstalled and secured into the housing, as it is currently sitting unevenly and will not sit flush. The oven door and glass also need to be reassembled and refitted.

There is also a new gas hob that needs to be fitted. For insurance purposes, we need to make sure we have a certified gas engineer doing the installation so that we have formal proof of installation. Old gas oven is integrated and on ground floor. You must have gas related qualification and be registered with GasSafe. Also, how much extra to replace the leaking tap in the bathroom on the first floor with one that does not leak?
