Have a Bosch washing machine that’s not draining properly

The hinges on my fridge door are causing friction where the wooden cupboard fixed on the outside of the integrated fridge door is rubbing against the carcass around it. As a result its probably slowly damaging the outer frame, and making a screeching noise. No adjustments I am making are correcting the problem, so I think its been built wrong or the hinges are simply not holding the door in position enough, as it keeps coming out of alignment. It will either be correct alignment (likely with new - as you can see the head is worn or stronger screws) or brand new hinges applied (current hinge model is Hettich). I dont have the tools or time to pull it apart. Appreciate in any quote if the fix is not re-alignment, adjustment extra cost will come for me to purchase the correct replacement hinges. Parking will be provided.

My oven (Lamona LAM3401) is not heating up. The dials switch on and so does the fan, so it appears to be the heating element that has broken. Looking for someone to investigate this and potentially replace the element / necessary parts
