We have a CDA integrated fridge freezer (model FW872/3). The freezer section is working normally and holding temperature, but the fridge section will not cool below 12–15°C even when set to the lowest setting or when “Super Cool” mode is activated. We’ve already tried a full power reset, cleared airflow inside, confirmed the fan is running, and knocked away some ice build-up, but the fridge compartment is still not cooling properly. Looking for a service engineer to diagnose and repair.
