Looking for someone qualified with experience to do a roof for my decking area. Need it mounted to the roof tiles. Would prefer perspex style top, not colourbond. Area is 4.5m x 1.5 approx

Need someone experienced with concrete cutting to remove a small segment of concrete from my back verandah to make a straight edge. The concrete is 70mm thick and the segment is about 25cm wide and 130cm long. Need a neat straight cut to make it even with the line of the remaining slab. Need to supply own tools and remove if possible, otherwise cut up into a few smaller chunks so I can take care of it. Would love it gone on Monday, but am flexible. Prefer after 3pm tues-thurs or anytime Monday or Friday or weekend.

look for an experienced, suitably handyman or plumber to replace one rotten timber support post supporting the roof over my backyard verandah/patio. The existing post has deteriorated due to water leaking from the gutter. There is also visible rot in the upper timber connection, which will need to be assessed before fitting the replacement post. Please see the attached photos. the replacement timber post can be provided, measuring 236 cm long × 10 cm × 10 cm. One of the timber posts supporting my back verandah has become loose at the bottom and needs to be properly secured again. I don’t think the post itself needs replacing. It needs to be straightened/reset and fixed securely at the base. Ideally I’d like the paver/bricks around the post lifted if needed, then a proper galvanised post anchor/base fixed into the concrete footing underneath. The verandah roof may need to be temporarily supported while the post is being secured. Please quote labour and any materials required.
