Front verandah/steps removal and re-construction due to aged wood and wood rot. Removal of other miscellaneous timber debris underneath house. Please see below details from building/pest inspection: The handrail and decking base connection not compliant in my opinion. Front verandah not in a in serviceable condition at the time of my inspection. Minor wood rotting detected to the front verandah posts. Wood rot to base of front verandah. Recommend replacement. Wood rot under house detected.

These steps need firm fixings to be properly installed - holes dug and concrete pads at base for steel stirrups to bolt onto. Fixing to face of verandah under the top step. I need materials and labour. Please quote for both thanks.

One of the timber posts supporting my back verandah has become loose at the bottom and needs to be properly secured again. I don’t think the post itself needs replacing. It needs to be straightened/reset and fixed securely at the base. Ideally I’d like the paver/bricks around the post lifted if needed, then a proper galvanised post anchor/base fixed into the concrete footing underneath. The verandah roof may need to be temporarily supported while the post is being secured. Please quote labour and any materials required.

I need an experienced carpenter or builder to inspect my back verandah and quote on repairs. There is significant water damage and rot to timber around a verandah post and handrail. More importantly, the timber beam directly under the gutter is rotting and appears to be pulling away, which may be affecting the stability of the verandah roof. I’d like the job to include: * inspection of the beam, post and roof structure * assessment of how much timber needs replacing * checking the guttering/flashing for the source of the water damage * a quote for making the structure sound and weatherproof Photos attached.

Paint exposed timber trusses undercover on my verandah. Approximately 6 trusses in ‘Paperbark’ colour. Also paint the trim of the carport in the same colour.

Need someone experienced with concrete cutting to remove a small segment of concrete from my back verandah to make a straight edge. The concrete is 70mm thick and the segment is about 25cm wide and 130cm long. Need a neat straight cut to make it even with the line of the remaining slab.
