I have a broken verandah tile that needs replacing.

We have a timber staircase off our verandah that we need to move its position so that it is not flush against our fence (see photo). It needs to be removed from its current position and replaced on the other side of the post marked "A". One complexity that I've identified is the hose outlets pictured in the 3rd picture that will need to be dealt with, either by repositioning them further along the verandah, or by extending the landing off the verandah so the taps can be reached under the extended landing.
