During recent gutter clearance, I was informed that the likely reason for the failure of the existing post was due to the gutter pooling water directly above the post, so a slight rectification to the gutter pitch to direct water to the downpipe is also required (see pictures). My usual guy that I use is unwell at the moment, thus looking for a skilled labourer to pull down and pack neatly into onsite rubbish trailer. It's just a simple standard lightweight post and beam pergola. It's timber with laserlite sheets. Approx 12mt long x 2mt wide. Access is very good, open and clear. Located in Waterways, needs to be done tomorrow (Tuesday)
