I require a registered draftsperson to draw up existing conditions and overlay plans for a new steel garage and verandah I'm getting built in the MVCC area in Vic. I am reposting this job as I am seeking three quotes from qualified carpenters to replace the four verandah posts on our Victorian house (I have one quote already lined up, but it seems that Airtasker won’t let me communicate with multiple people at once, so here is a request for a second quote). The posts will need to be replaced with heritage-appropriate decorative timber posts. Some of the horizontal bars may need to be replaced at the same time. We will have the (possible) asbestos eaves removed prior to the job commencing I have listed the price at $10 because the system wouldn't let me put $0 and I'm not sure what this will cost but am obviously willing to pay a fair price.
