I need some finishing up work done on my alfresco area which was altered. Rendering and painting of a pillar with blueboard. Also finishing and painting of part of the ceiling. The down pipe shown is not glued and easily removed and put back upon completion. There is also some touch up work (unsure if best treatment) of a part of my exposed house slab which is showing some poor workmanship where the house splits. Happy to pay well (within reason) for the right person. Needs to be handy with render work for a nice confident finish. I already have paint for the finishing part.
