Front porch verandah has a rotten beam (200mm x 75mm x 4m) mounted on brick columns. It needs replacing.

We have some cornice that needs replacing (we have the cornice ready to go) and also some patching for a couple of old PowerPoints that need to be removed.

1st job is a hole in the gyprock/plaster board needs to be patched, sanded painted 2nd is just sanding over a hole patch and painting it.

Need steel verandah taken down: size 2.3m x 9.35m. It is bolted to the brick wall. Need lean-to laundry (single brick) knocked down. It is not attached to the house bricks, only silicon joined. There is no asbestos. Use bobcat or similar to break up 150mm thick concrete slab with bricks mortared to it. I don't know if there is steel mesh in it. Size 2.3m x 9.35m Remove steel verandah, bricks and concrete from site with truck or a skip. (We can organise skip if you don't). Leave site prepared for extension works to follow. Bonus if you are an electrician and can remove 3 lights, switches and one powerpoint. (But we can hire that separately if needed.) Note: the non-verandah brick paths in the yard will be removed and saved prior to demolition -- exclude from scope. Access on our corner block via carport roller door 2160mm high. I added two photos. Our builder wants part of the lawn scraped (will be wrecked by Bobcat anyway?) and the hedge roots shown removed. He said a Bobcat would do it easily but I wanted to be clear it is part of the scope. Damaged plasterboard wall needs repair work. No paintwork required just plasterboard.

Looking for a plasterer to repair several cracks in a plasterboard ceiling around a downlight. Some cracking has opened up and will likely need proper patching and re-setting rather than a simple fill. Please provide a quote and availability. Photos attached. I need a built in wardrobe removed

Damage to ceiling gyprock due to an accident several months ago. Scope of work needed: Remove the protective sheeting. Prepare and Clean the ceiling framing. Supply and Install new 10 mm thick ceiling grade plasterboard in approx. 12 m2. Cut holes x 3 for ceiling downlights into new gyprock sheet. Back block edge joints. Fill, Tape and Flush the abutting edges. Sand over the applied fillers ready for painting.

Repair some nail holes make surface good and paint over (supplied) Paint one wall, repair minor damage to two internal doors, make good and paint.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Need a single light switch replaced and a double power point, hardware will need to be included

Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo). Hi, I’m looking for a handyman/tradie to help with a couple of jobs at my house in North Adelaide. Potential for ongoing work as we’re planning further upgrades. 1. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2.
