Looking to install outdoor kitchen requiring outdoor power ruff in

I'm looking for a certified Electrician to Instal a power point in a bedroom for a portable air conditioner to be used. I'm not sure how much this will cost but I'll work around my price. Please do not apply unless you are a qualified Electrician as I will ask for credentials to be safe.

4 verandah panels have cracked and are leaking when raining. Need replacing. Person needs to buy panels and replace.

1 x wall bracket mounted on wall. Gyprock wall, fixed wall mount and 55’ tv are both ready to be installed. Just need someone with the skills and tools needed to do the job.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Need a single light switch replaced and a double power point, hardware will need to be included

Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

I need a someone very handy to fix our gyprocking. One is a dodgily patched ceiling left over from a flue (40x40cm). Two spots above door (caused by house movement) and kitchen ceiling as shown in photos.
