I am looking for a qualified, licensed electrician to install a Deta 7kW Wall-Mount EV Charger (untethered) at my property in Golden Grove. Fix this power point and replace with a double one

Freestanding bathtub with tub and tile refinishing kit supplied. Need someone with skills to resurface it.

Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo). Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

I need a someone very handy to fix our gyprocking. One is a dodgily patched ceiling left over from a flue (40x40cm). Two spots above door (caused by house movement) and kitchen ceiling as shown in photos.
