Hi there, I need a handy person to install two (2) outdoor polycarbonate window/door awnings (canopies) onto a brick wall. Scope of Work: Drill and securely mount two (2) standard awnings onto the brick wall (to protect outdoor units from sun/rain, matching the existing one already on the wall). Apply weatherproof outdoor silicone sealant along the top joint where the awning meets the brick wall. Note: I will supply both of the awnings, brackets, and dynabolts. Hi there, I need an experienced handyman or concrete specialist to cut and level a concrete slab in my yard to match the adjacent footpath. Scope of Work: Use a concrete saw to make clean cuts on both sides of a concrete slab. Jackhammer and remove the excess concrete to match the exact level of the adjacent concrete footpath (to eliminate a tripping hazard). Safely cap/secure the wire conduit in the middle and apply fresh concrete mix to render the top surface to a smooth, flat finish.

I need a built in wardrobe removed

Damage to ceiling gyprock due to an accident several months ago. Scope of work needed: Remove the protective sheeting. Prepare and Clean the ceiling framing. Supply and Install new 10 mm thick ceiling grade plasterboard in approx. 12 m2. Cut holes x 3 for ceiling downlights into new gyprock sheet. Back block edge joints. Fill, Tape and Flush the abutting edges. Sand over the applied fillers ready for painting.

Repair some nail holes make surface good and paint over (supplied) Paint one wall, repair minor damage to two internal doors, make good and paint.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)
