I have completed the construction I wanted and have done some initial basecoating, but have realised the limitations of my abilities and require someone to complete the basecoating, sanding and top coating, ready for painting, also the completion of the cornicing around the ceiling. I do not require painting work (I will do that), just the plaster work to a smooth finish, reading for painting

Red Cedar Wood on Infrared Sauna has been improperly treated at country of origin - require full staining of the interior components of the sauna (NO EXTERIOR STAINING), which requires disassembly of the unit and reconstruction to preordained criteria. I am happy to attend the installation to assist with re-assembly, but I need assistance with the proper staining procedure. Must be non-toxic timber-compliant, heat resistant staining material.

I need a plasterer/renderer to repair a vertical section of internal wall that has been chased out from floor to ceiling. The damaged section is approx one column wide. Brick/masonry underneath is exposed and timber visible at the top. Job includes: • Rebuilding/straightening the section as required • Re-rendering / plastering flush with existing walls • Ready for paint (final sanding only, painting not required) Internal job, easy access, photos attached. Looking for someone experienced – not just filler patching.

I need a final coat of render to be applied to two backyard, retaining walls, 1.2mx15m and 0.5m x 15m. Pretty straightforward job for experienced hands, estimate 2-3 hours. Paint will be supplied, but drop sheets required to stop any splatter landing on the putting green.

I have a small dent in a wall that needs to be repaired (about golf ball size) and a couple small dings in the wall from moving furniture. Hoping someone that knows what they’re doing can patch them up for me before I move out.

I have four blinds I’d like attached to my back verandah. May or may not be straight forward as metal edge of pergola is thin metal and hollow behind it not solid metal. Not sure if strong enough to hold blinds. Maybe some timber behind it might give it extra support to drill into(?) Please come and have a look first if you like before submitting offer.
