I installed an awning in my courtyard and there is an approx 1cm gap between the awning and the batten it's mounted to that let's water drop through. I need this filled neatly with a waterproof roof and gutter scilicone. If you could also run a small line of scilicone on the other edge (where the water runs off) as a drip edge that'd be even better - as the water is running under the awning a bit when raining currently. Lastly, I did start on the corner myself but realised it's tough to do a good job if you've never done it before and just wiped most of it off, so if you have some scilicone remover that would look extra neat. Not required though. Bring a ladder as it's a couple meters high and will have to reach over the sauna that it's protecting. Scilicone will need to be a light/mid grey, or colorbond surfmist to match the walls or awning colour. There is some spare grey I bought in my garage if you don't have. Though no chalking gun.

Power point and flood light installation

I need a power point relocated to another area of the wall due to a wardrobe installation that will cover the current one. I also have a few other power points that need to be inspected as they buzz and short circuit during use sometimes.

I have low garden walls that I need rendered and painted. Small cracks have appeared due to soil movement. Please only apply for this task if you have completed similar work before

I need a final coat of render to be applied to two backyard, retaining walls, 1.2mx15m and 0.5m x 15m. Pretty straightforward job for experienced hands, estimate 2-3 hours. Paint will be supplied, but drop sheets required to stop any splatter landing on the putting green.

Whoops! Smashed a hole in my wall in my bedroom from my puppy running into the wall and have a small hole in my bathroom door from opening it in the drying rack! Would live some one to take in the challenge and fix it before rental inspection
