After new brick work completed, need two tasks, one both render and plaster one internal wall. About two and half meters long by 800 high. Second external wall fix up a previous 100 m cement edge.

Needing to touch up gaps of render since we’ve had a verandah renovation. Needing Dulux acrylic render to match the current texture (see pics - want some texture of the brick to still come through). Our previous renderer isn’t available for 6 weeks but we are wanting the job completed asap so are seeing if anyone is able to help out. Isn’t a massive job as the walls are just those pictured out the back of our place plus around 2 small outdoor lights where the fixing plate attaches to the wall. This sauna comes as a flat pack kit. Installation is likely to take 3-4 hours. The sauna is a Kiva Wellness 4-6 person Cabin Traditional sauna. Folks with basis carpentry knowledge will have no issues with this. All electrical work will be undertaken by my electrician.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo). Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

I need a power point relocated to another area of the wall due to a wardrobe installation that will cover the current one. I also have a few other power points that need to be inspected as they buzz and short circuit during use sometimes.

Looking for someone to Gyprock and flush wall and ceiling. Walls will be floor to ceiling tiles. And cornices to be installed in tiled bathroom. Happy for you to inspect in person prior I will build the stud wall
