Hi! I'm after a handy person to prepare a site and build a simple timber base for a small sauna that's being delivered soon. The job: - Scrape back a grassed area of about 2 m x 2 m- just scraped back to soil - Lay weed mat with crusher dust or gravel over it. - Build a frame from H4 treated pine to about 1.85 m x 1.85 m outside. Outer bearers sit directly under the sauna walls. - 3 joists across the middle at 450 mm centres, tops flush with the bearers, with galvanised joist hangers or fixings. I'll be replacing the sauna floor later and fixing new plywood to these. - Sit the frame on 9 concrete blocks or adjustable pedestals (corners, middle of each side and centre), whichever suits the slope best. Happy to take your advice on sizing and support. - Make it dead level, with at least 150 mm clearance under the bearers for airflow and jack access. - Mark the sauna outline and the door side on the frame, and supply a few galvanised angle brackets so the sauna can be fixed down after delivery. The ground has a very slight slope so the base needs to be built up on the low side to keep the frame level. The sauna will be lifted onto the frame by the removalist, so I just need the base ready and level beforehand. Optional: please also quote separately for fitting new sauna glass door and replacing the sauna floor once it's in place (cutting out the old floor inside the walls, fitting new H3 structural ply onto the joists, and repairing the door threshold). Bricklayer needed – rebuild pillar in Gawler Looking for an experienced bricklayer to build a new brick pillar to match an existing pillar. The concrete footing has already been poured, and I’ll handle the rendering once the brickwork is complete. The existing pillar is approximately 1.6 m high and 370 mm deep. The new pillar will be around 500 mm wide. I can provide photos and confirm the final dimensions on site. The outdoor garden tap has broken off at the wall. The brass tap body is intact, but it was threaded into a plastic/poly wall fitting that snapped cleanly at the collar—the sheared threaded ring is still on the tap threads. I have disconnected the irrigation/hose water from another point for now.

I need a built in wardrobe removed

Damage to ceiling gyprock due to an accident several months ago. Scope of work needed: Remove the protective sheeting. Prepare and Clean the ceiling framing. Supply and Install new 10 mm thick ceiling grade plasterboard in approx. 12 m2. Cut holes x 3 for ceiling downlights into new gyprock sheet. Back block edge joints. Fill, Tape and Flush the abutting edges. Sand over the applied fillers ready for painting.

Repair some nail holes make surface good and paint over (supplied) Paint one wall, repair minor damage to two internal doors, make good and paint.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.
