Bricklayer needed – rebuild pillar in Gawler Looking for an experienced bricklayer to build a new brick pillar to match an existing pillar. The concrete footing has already been poured, and I’ll handle the rendering once the brickwork is complete. The existing pillar is approximately 1.6 m high and 370 mm deep. The new pillar will be around 500 mm wide. I can provide photos and confirm the final dimensions on site. We are plastering over brick wall and need the power points to be accessible on the 'new walls'. We have 4 power points that need moving across the wall and would like to explore having 2x new power points added. In addition, we would like to move 2x light switches to share a new wall. We need an electrician to begin this process before we start plastering and to visit again once we have plastered the wall to finish it off/add covers.

The ceiling has been boxed up and fresh ceiling battens installed. Approx. 1300 mm wide x 2000 mm long (subject to final measure) and 13 mm thick. One light fitting al ready removed but wires to be pulled through plasterboard. Just installation, no plastering or painting required. Gib glue and screws not provided. Standard ceiling height ground floor easy access.

The outdoor garden tap has broken off at the wall. The brass tap body is intact, but it was threaded into a plastic/poly wall fitting that snapped cleanly at the collar—the sheared threaded ring is still on the tap threads. I have disconnected the irrigation/hose water from another point for now.

I need a built in wardrobe removed

Damage to ceiling gyprock due to an accident several months ago. Scope of work needed: Remove the protective sheeting. Prepare and Clean the ceiling framing. Supply and Install new 10 mm thick ceiling grade plasterboard in approx. 12 m2. Cut holes x 3 for ceiling downlights into new gyprock sheet. Back block edge joints. Fill, Tape and Flush the abutting edges. Sand over the applied fillers ready for painting.

Repair some nail holes make surface good and paint over (supplied) Paint one wall, repair minor damage to two internal doors, make good and paint.

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Need a single light switch replaced and a double power point, hardware will need to be included

Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.
