About three months ago there has been a water leak from the bathroom that has dampened the gyprock on the lower shelf of the linen cupboard behind the bathroom. The water leak was fixed long time back and the photo of affected area was taken more than a month ago which might have dried out more. I’ve attached photos showing the affected area. Please provide a quote to replace the water-damaged gyprock and repaint the area.

Once that is done then I would like to proceed to doing the main deck and I would also like to avoid sanding as much as possible just to do only very very light sands and to coat with Sikkens 2-3 coats which I can supply or if you have a trade license you can get it through your account whichever way you prefer. Knocked a toilet roll holder off the wall and broke the holding arm. Need someone to install a replacement and clean up the wall (dry wall, painting, screw cover up, ect) per real estates request. 2 lengths of cornice to install I have cornice here. Then two corners at about 1 meter. Then 3 joins to plaster. See pics for size not very long at all. Would be good if someone wanted to do it Sunday. Price please

Replace 2 plasterboards (around 40cm x 100cm each) and add skirting boards for them. You supply materials.
