I need the small area to plasterboard and paint so i can get bext step done to install vanity.

Recent storms caused damage to the tiled roof, this has now been repaired and we are now requiring the damaged gyprock to be repaired. We are seeking the gyprock to be repair and the ceiling re-painted.

We recently installed ducted aircon and now looking to finish off the job. After someone to plaster the walls and possibly dry wall around the exposed vents (open to suggestions). Also bonus if you also paint the area but definitely not needed.

Clean the exposed EPS edges Remove loose paint/foam. 2. Apply a flexible waterproof sealant inside the gap (Just to block airflow/water — doesn’t replace flashing.) 3. Install a vertical metal flashing / cover strip Usually: Colorbond folded flashing 0.55 mm or 0.75 mm gauge Colour matched (Surfmist or similar) It sits over the joint like a cap. 4. Screw into the solid substrate on both sides Use: Bonded washers Sealed screw penetrations Silicone edge beads if required 5. Paint touch-ups if needed

I have a room that I need plastered. Wall 1 and 2 (same wall different sides) 4610mm I can supply materials Walls 2 and 3 3700mm I also need cornice to be installed on each wall. The walls will already be sheeted and ready to go.

The job is for fixing Gyprock holes, paint rips and scuffs for and end of lease bond clean. Experienced plasterer preffered as end result is important for bond release. - had 3 wall mounted TV's - paint rips from 3m tabs as painters never used base coat. - I've repaired crudely a couple already but used gloss, now have he right paint. - a couple of holes from moving and just general clumsiness I don't believe this to be a big job and an experienced plasterer would no doubt knock this over unfortunately although I was aiming to do this myself we are becoming short on time and require the extra help. Licensed electrician to supply and install 4x double power points. - 2x in main bedroom on single skin wooden wall (QLDer house) - 2x in kitchen - exact location is up for negotiation- we just need some on the opposite side of the room. Photo attached of current only powerpoint in the room to get an idea of possible necessary install. Also a single skin wall. Check wiring of pendant light - have changed globe and still not working, unsure of issue but it worked briefly when we first moved in.
