End of Lease / rental property requires minor repair of 2 wall holes and 2 door holes. Two wall patch repair jobs: one is at the kitchen/ fridge powerpoint connection and second in hall way, both no bigger then a standard wall repair kit patch size. The two repairs to back of doors are also not large, small indents that have cracked the wooden internal doors and need patching and painting. Most supplies are already purchased for repair and may only need some additional bog/plaster. We have paint also for the repairs.
