I have a few walls that needs joins plastered . I made a start on some (didn’t do a great job) and have sanded them back. Also need a few bits of cornice to go up. See photos. Get it to finished stage ready to paint.

Need holes in ceiling plastered after removal of lights.

The ring that holds the crank arm has snapped and needs replacing.

I have a fire damaged room that needs some gyprock pulled off the walls and some cleaning done

It’s an electric awning with remote but it’s not opening at the moment and the remote battery been checked

Needing an acrylic render in surfmist, put on the back side of this retaining wall and step.

Painting a patch of ceiling and cornicing (cupboards will cover the rest of the wall), a couple of walls (approx 3m x 2m and 1.5 x 2m) a laundry ceiling (3mx2m) and 3 architraves, as well as a couple of doors. We have the paint. The patches will be top coated and sanded by the Friday. Looking to pay a painter by the hour ($80) as unsure how long the job will take, but estimating 1.5 days. There may be other bits and pieces to do. Successful painter will have lots of positive reviews for their painting.

Gyprock one wall 2400 x 3080mm (around a window) patch a hole 330x330mm and square set all four walls flush with ceiling. Sand ready for paint. Please refer to photos (No painting, architrave or skirting needed)
