Camp Hill QLD 4152, Australia

11th Mar 2019

Have an old mostly undercover back desk that leads from the house and overlooks back garden on the first floor. The current deck is hardwood mostly undercover. Overall, it is around 9250 by 2700 with a side run of 5280 by 1235 (full dimension in the diagram). There are stairs leading from the lower level to the upper level at the side. Currently, the entire desk is surrounded by metal rails and posts some of which supporting deck roof. The area that isn't undercover is rotting in certain areas both the boards and structural beams under it and some will need replacing. This is the reason for the task but while getting this sorted I want the following undertaken as part of the project: Remove old deck Replace and structural beams that need replacing Remove old metal balustrades Remove the old handrail Replace with new deck (hardwood please include in you quote) Replace balustrades with gauge wire (I have this wire enough to cover area an..... 2 x Built in Wardrobe Frames & Mirrored Doors

$1,200

Camp Hill, Queensland, Australia

7th Apr 2017

Looking to have frame & basic wardrobe done for 2 x BIR. Room 1 2360 high x 2400 wide Room 2 2360 high x 1800 wide Ultimately due to budget we re wanting to be as basic as possible with storage. The focus is on having the cupboard built in and corniced so we can put mirrored doors in (if you cant include this). If we can just have a single shelf at 1800 high - with hanging rails below it that will be fine. White melamine for the board. I have some skirting available - corn-icing will need to be provided. Open to quotes, site inspection & offers - Needs to include labour and materials.

Build handrail/balustrade for stairs.

$400

Camp Hill QLD, Australia

14th Dec 2015

Set post at base and build balustrade for stairs (7 steps) and landing (2 lengths of about 1.5m) fo deck. I have the timber (hand rail, bottom rail and slats) ready to go as I have already completed the deck but run out of time to finish the job. I expect the job will need to be done over 2 days. First job to just set the post into ground (hole has been dug, 2 bags of concrete ready to mix) and the next day to build the balustrade. The photos show: A. what the new balustrade will look like. B. the landing where I will remove existing balustrade and new needs to be built and C. the stairs where the balustrade needs to go.

Bret took the time to do a good job, very happy with his work.
