Remove a metal awning from second floor balcony.

I need to customise three seals to use on awning windows for a portable air cooler. It was suggested that I could have some plywood cut out to the size of the window with a section cut out for the cooler hose attachment. The windows are.220mm wide and 560mm high. I need someone to organise the plywood and cut it out for me and to secure it maybe masking tape or whatever you think is best

Structure supplies on sites including roof sheets & screws. Need fixing into brick wall with concrete base.

I need someone to inspect and repair a motorised folding-arm awning installed on our commercial container takeaway shop in Virginia (46 Pritchard Rd). The remote works fine, but the awning mechanism itself has stopped operating. It’s most likely a power, receiver, or motor issue. The RF module label shows: Model: DC2708AA – 433 MHz (Dooya-style motor/receiver). I can provide photos of the motor label and the control box if needed. Kings awning removed- fiamma installed. I have brackets for new awning but not sure what screws / nuts/ bolts are needed to secure this onto the camper. I can also assist as it’s a 2 person job. Would prefer an experienced licensed tradie as this needs to be done properly. Happy to answer any questions.

Awning needs to be re-attached to privacy screen. High reaching ladder is required (or similar). The privacy screening is also on a slope. The awning currently goes out OK with the remote, but retracting is not working - motor just hums. easily accessible from a deck. the fabric has been replaced recently, so we would prefer to repair rather than replace. No brand visible.
