Find a professional tiler in Kensington

Builder has renovated downstairs toilet and vanity and fallen ill, leaving the work unfinished. Painting currently in progress, what we need is the new tiles to be caulked on top and the toilet to be caulked in. Note, tile grout already completed. Example of the tile top images provided. Please include cost of caulk.

Large bathroom floor tile in ensuite to be lifted and relaid. Currently not water tight and water seeps underneath when floor gets wet. Grouting to match other tiles.

Floor was laid on builders sand and lime in the 1980’s. I’ve been here 20 years. Hasn’t moved in 20 years, so is stable. It is 30mm low in one spot and I need a level enough floor for a wheelchair pronto. Area to level is 23 sqm. Will lay a click or vinyl floor over top.

Shower was regrouted recently but did not take. The grout is soft. We have large wall tiles around two bathroom showers, one over a bath and one in its own recess, and a few of the tiles in each are loose or drummy (identified by a pre-purchase building inspection report). So we need the loose and drummy tiles refixed, and the grouting redone. There is also some sealing along the edge of the bath that needs to be redone. It is possible that the shower screen may need to be removed and refitted in order to do the tiles, but I'm not sure. My listed budget is just a random number because I don't know how many tiles are involved, so anyone who wants the job will have to make a time to come and look at what needs to be done in order to quote on it. I need my shower regrouted and siliconed. I already regrouted the bathroom floor but I really want a pro to do the shower, I'm not 100% happy with my own work and it was not easy! You will see from the photos that I started removing the old grout but gave up pretty quickly. I have epoxy grout on hand but the colour is white, I think we'd prefer beige/sand colour. Looking for a licensed plumber to quote/offer me for removal of exisiting tiles, supply and install of large rectangular white tiles, waterproofing (caulking/silicone/membranes etc), new plaster if needed where tiles have fallen off, and disposal of removed items. I’m wanting my current glass splashback tiled over. I already have the tiles (refer photos). Will just need you to supply the grout and everything else, and actually do the labour. The backsplash is approx 192cm x 72cm. I have 70x tiles that are 30.6cm x 7.6cm. There are no power points or anything on the backsplash. The only abnormality is the top RH corner (refer photo). Unfortunately my next free full day is 05/02. But if you’re happy for evening work, I’m around most evenings after 5pm. I need an area of 900 x 2000 and 830 x 2000 grout removed from a shower, then regrouted and re-siliconed. The shower screen has been removed so it should be an easier job. I need someone to remove top layer of old grout wall to wall in shower area to screen height (excluding mosaic tiles). Remove old grout/silicone wall-wall and wall-pan joints. Clean and dry joints. Re-grout shower walls with mould resistant flex grout. Install new grout/silicone in joints. Replace or repair silicone behind taps Apply sealer to grout in en-suite shower area. Remove grout and re-grout & silicon tiles above hand basin. I need it done on Wednesday 15th June.  

Hi, I’m wanting someone to tile over my current splash back (glass). It is a small splash back in an apartment. I’ve attached photographs. I’m currently away, so I don’t have the exact measurements - but can definitely provide them in due course. I will provide the tiles (white subway tiles), but I won’t have grout or any other equipment etc. There is no rush to this job. Availability won’t be until December.
