Bathroom walls and kitchen splash back have both recently been prepared for rendering. Bathroom walls have been taken back to brickwork requiring approximately 10-20cm of render.

I have a light switch that is stuck - it's the middle switch in a panel of three. And also the fluorescent tube has fallen out from the cavity above the kitchen splashback. Looks like the bracket gave way.

Please see attached images. I need to complete my kitchen splash back. There are 3 tricky areas that need to be completed and it must be aligned. It Is: - 2 power points have been set on the wall and tiling needs to be finished around the 2 power points - Also, there is feature light on the tile that has been connected to electricals but needs a small cut in the tile forthe bracket to sit in and then screwed/adhered to the wall (the light cover sits on top of this bracket) I have the grout and tiles. I need this old splashback removed and stained grout to be removed and replaced with a similar glass or acrylic splashback and reseal. Size approximately 60cm x 25cm

We are installing a new stone benchtop and splashback for our kitchen. But before we can do so, the old benchtop and splashback needs to go! Benchtop is caesarstone and comprises three pieces, and splashback is one piece, glued on to a (I think) cement wall. Job must take care of disposal (or re use if possible) of removed materials. Sink and cooktop are to be reused. Un-installation of sink potentially welcome but not essential, and removal of cooktop is not necessary.

We did a renovation of our kitchen last year, and that included adding a stone benchtop and splashback in our small u-shaped kitchen. We live in an apartment so the kitchen isn't very big.
