Our neighbour planted some lilly pillies that have grown very tall about 1.5m from our house. Some of the branches are hanging over the roof and we would like to get them trimmed to the boundary. The would be easily be removed by a pole saw from the roof.

Need gutters cleaned out (leaf buildup from nearby trees) and gutter guard mesh installed on a single storey home with concrete tile roof. Pretty straightforward — standard residential gutters, easy roof access. Roughly 14m

About 5 screws came off from section of the gutter, need to screw back.

My roof whirlybird is making noise due to a loose mount / vibration (suspect). I need an experienced handyman or roofer to: • Inspect the whirlybird base and flashing • Tighten or replace mounting screws • Secure the unit firmly to the roof structure • Add rubber/neoprene washers if needed to reduce vibration • Reseal screw points and flashing edges (without blocking airflow) • Test to ensure no rattling or movement Outcome expected: Whirlybird is firmly mounted, no rattling or vibration noise in wind.
