Gutter is leaking… needs to fix

One of the down pipe is leaking from the side. Could possibly be a blocked gutter. We don’t have any trees around the house could possibly be tennis balls or bird nests etc. Gutter cleaning is required so might as well clear the rest as well.

Need an experienced pool technician/plumber to modify an existing roof solar pool heating setup. Current setup has two roof solar pipes running to old roof solar heating mats that will be removed separately by roofer. My roof whirlybird is making noise due to a loose mount / vibration (suspect).
