Some roof tiles are broken and need to be replaced. Inspected tiles from inside ceiling to confirm. Need to replace before it rains. I have a few spare tiles, but not sure it'll be enough. Double story house, 8 years old.

We have had a possum fall from the ceiling in the outdoor passage area. The possum then reentered the hole. We have been hearing possum activity in the ceiling for a few months now but this is the first time we have seen it. My roof whirlybird is making noise due to a loose mount / vibration (suspect). I need an experienced handyman or roofer to: • Inspect the whirlybird base and flashing • Tighten or replace mounting screws • Secure the unit firmly to the roof structure • Add rubber/neoprene washers if needed to reduce vibration • Reseal screw points and flashing edges (without blocking airflow) • Test to ensure no rattling or movement Outcome expected: Whirlybird is firmly mounted, no rattling or vibration noise in wind. I have purchased a 4-pack security camera system which is wireless and has its own solar panels for each one. I need someone with long enough ladder to install these in 1 to 2 trees and eave locations around perimeter of my house so that I can get full view of what is happening around my place.
