Recently a tree removed and few small branches and leaves fell on the patio roof and also untied the traps tied to trees and it moved when retied - don’t need adjusting and tied back and remove only small branches chase and basic clean if nessary - but don’t need through clean as it’s for demolishing in few months time . There is a single roof tile on my low set house that looks to have possibly moved or not sitting properly which I believe is causing a leak. See image. it's sticking out and is roughly in the same location as the leak. I need someone to get on the roof and lift the roof tile and re-seat it properly if necessary.

Need the gutter cleans on one side of the house. It’s two stories, so need either an extension or correct equipment to clean. Preferably someone with experience on this one. It’s got years of accumulation to point some weeds are growing out of it. I did other side of house but this side I’ve avoided as I don’t have right equipment to do it. It’s about 25m run.
