Need approximately 35 metres of gutter replaced and approximately 300 roof screws replaced . Installation of new down pipe also needed.

Gutter is leaking near back door and requires new sealant or replacement.

Gable has been pulled away from the roof by a possum. When the house was re-roofed the round metal facia was not nailed through the roofing iron. Needs to be pulled back and roofing screwed and/or large batten screws used to pull back and secure. I have nails, roofing screws, impact driver and drill, and ladder. I was going to to it myself from on top of the roof. I’m just too scared of heights. You need good grippy shoes and not be scared of height on a 2storey Queenslander. See pics - Due date: Flexible

Recently we have installed insulation (Earthwool batts) downstairs (bottom of flooring) for small area for Queenslander house. As it is not looking good, I would like to remove insulation. It is Earthwool insulation batts with chicken wire to hold insulation. Insulation was done for small area nearly 30 meter square. You may need a tool to remove staples to remove chicken wire and remove insulation batts. insulation is easily accessible as it is downstairs. you may need small ladder. insulation is easily reachable even without ladder. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 23 July 2022

There are areas where you need to stand on the roof, so the comfort, experience and the correct safety equipment to work at heights is a must for this job. Flexible with days and times for the two monthly visits. This job includes: 1.Cleaning of gutters and photographing and reporting damage or wear you see up there. 2. Use of a pole saw or similar to cut back overhanging branches to the house, we can dispose of the green waste.
