1. Replace damaged gutter. Remove the existing gutter. Replace the new gutter with new brackets. 2. Install gutter in carports for rain water not dropping into neighbours' sides. 3. Bottom step repair at the rear. Break on bottom step to be re attached braced and cemented for support. 4. Step on the ground .Existing to be concreted into the ground then attach a tread on top. 5. Replace damaged beam in the carport. Remove the existing beam. Replace with new brackets and beam. 6. Remove silicone and replace it in the downstairs shower. Remove existing mouldy silicone around the base of the shower and replace with new silicone. 7. Replace door handle with similar style to main bedroom with lockable handle. 8. Replace downstairs toilet seat. 9. Replace missing towel rail in bathroom. Previous was glued on. Suggest to screw on to add extra strength. 10. 3 x Draw runners broken downstairs Kitchen. Replace with new runners. 11. Faulty hinges downstairs kitchen. Re attached and adjusted where possible. 4 will need replacing. 12. 11.Downstair glass door with faulty track. replace track and adjust doors and new fly screen installed 13. Loose wood planks. New roof screws applied with holes rust treated. New back patio Gutters and down pipe installed. Tree removal: remove all the tall palm trees and other tress and stamp grind the roots

After the rain recently, I found that there were water droplet from the roof. There is also a bit of leakage forming water puddles. This is on the second floor of the second bedroom.

We need someone to address a rainwater leaking issue coming inside from the roof, I have tried to use silicon to seal all the gaps between the plastic from the inside but it is still leaking when raining. The water is coming in from either other gaps in the plastic or from the gutter so we need someone to claimb the roof and check and seal it for us.

Require gutter cleaning on single story house,

Our eaves gutters have amassed a good amount of leaves and other debris so we're keen to get someone to help us clean them out in preparation for another wet season. We have three buildings on site - one is a low set house, the other is a single storey elevated granny flat and one is detached garage. We also have a carport roof. Below is a breakdown of the eaves gutters: House - 60 linear metres (on all 4 sides of roof) Granny Flat - 16 linear metres (on 1 side of the roof) Garage - 11 linear metres (on 2 sides of the roof) Carport - 6 linear metres (on 1 side of the roof) All roofs are easily accessible from the ground (~2.5m off the ground) except for the granny flat as its roof is at 3.7m off the ground. Our priority at the moment is the granny flat as we don't have a ladder tall enough to climb onto the roof. We're keen to get this done before Monday next week, if at all possible. Happy to provide further information if required. I don't know how much gutter cleaning goes for, so I put in a nominal price - happy to receive quotes :)

There is a single roof tile on my low set house that looks to have possibly moved or not sitting properly which I believe is causing a leak. See image. it's sticking out and is roughly in the same location as the leak. I need someone to get on the roof and lift the roof tile and re-seat it properly if necessary.

Need the gutter cleans on one side of the house. It’s two stories, so need either an extension or correct equipment to clean. Preferably someone with experience on this one. It’s got years of accumulation to point some weeds are growing out of it. I did other side of house but this side I’ve avoided as I don’t have right equipment to do it. It’s about 25m run.
