SCOPE - Full re-pointing required - Install missing flashing - Replace 7 cracked/broken tiles Middle courtyard cut out roof section is missing flashing to the tops of the barge tiles on the internal gables. To make watertight, flashing needs to be installed over the top of the barge tiles and under the tile above. Remove and replace about 7 cracked, chipped, broken tiles. TASK REDUCED: Remove and dispose of insulated foam waterlogged panels (2100 x 100), gutters and other bits associated with roofing on a 10 x 3m pergola frame. The frame is staying and a new roof will NOT be installed. These panels are heavy so may need two people and preferably someone who has done this before. The spa underneath needs to be protected so looking for someone to protect it with timber or similar and preferably have insurance.
