Need a roofer / experienced handyman to assist us replacing roof sheets on a single story roof. There will be 2 of us but an extra hand to get it done would be good. Must be about lunchtime 7th and or all day 8th may Offer is per hour

End of gutter only needs to be cut out and changed. Down pipe existing connection only. Materials will be supplied

Bird in cavity between ceiling & roof. Birds have left the nest so need mesh or other material to cover very small gap between colourbond roof & ceiling to stop further access. Clean all gutters if my single storey 3 bedroom home. Easy access with a ladder to all gutters. Any waste can be bagged and left for me to dispose of or thrown straight into my green waste bin. I have 2 old properties next to each other in Rosebud that have some leaks from the corrugated roof. I would like someone to patch the leaks using waterproof patch and seal tape or flashing No 6 Damage The back half of the house is a flat clip lock roof which is at 1° then a corrugated roof transitions onto the clip lock roof at 28°. That a transition flashing is where the problem lies there are plenty of trees which spill all the leaves and debris on top of the roof which causes to dam up another transition flashing and floods into the house in that particular area. So with my assessment done on a roof that is in good condition,to make it safe and have a long life we need to give it a thorough clean run 12 m of protective storm seal underneath the corrugation fix up the join of the transition flashing - Due date: Flexible
