Drainage/stormwater upgrades Whole-house catchment currently runs to only 2 downpipe points – too much water, not enough discharge. Rear downpipe off the rain head isn't spreading properly onto the lower back roof (main leak driver). Scope: - Modify rear downpipe to spread evenly across lower back roof - Add overflow holes to rear lower guttering - Inspect ridge pointing below upper rear rain head for cracks; repoint if needed - Replace eaves gutter with slotted overflow-style gutter - Add extra rain heads and discharge points Please quote fixed price with itemised breakdown. Leaky roof leading to water coming in through the walls/roof

Instal new fan and repair damaged roof around fan hole (see images). All electrical allowances are in, simple wire up / fit and repair surrounding area. Hole is 240mm (I already have the correct fan)

I have a small water damaged plaster section of roof that needs to be cut out, removed, replaced and repaired. Area is only 2000mm x 500mm approximately. On a ground floor standard ~2400 room height etc. The water issues have all been cleared up, so this is the last bit of clean up. You can access on weekends also if need be. Quote needs to include removing waste and a clean up. We should be able to curtain off this area easy enough to minimise sanding dust. Quote excluding painting, but needs to be neat fully prepped for paint. Note the vent in pictures want need to go back in.

Hi All. I require the services of a roof plumber / tiler to eliminate a leak in the vicinity of a valley gutter drain. It seems likely due to mortar pointing failure rather than a rusted through valley drain. From the attic side, the leak appears to be affect the very end of the run, but obviously need to eliminate all possibility of water getting into the wall, so I anticipate full replacement. I believe the task would involve: - removal if side adjoining tiles, and a few ridge capping tiles, retain for re-use (lots of spare tiles available) - remove mortar along the edge of the valley gutter, dispose - remove and dispose of the steel valley gutter, dispose (whilst it might not be the source of the leak, - replace the valley gutter with Colourbond or galvanised steel (any shades of brown or grey ort silver is acceptable) - Replace side tiles and capping tiles. - Repoint the side tiles to weatherproof the valley drain. A small amount of repointing may be required at the top of the valley gutter, where it meets the ridge capping tiles. The roof is tiled, colour: Brown. I am not too fussed about colour matching of mortar or steel, as long as they are 'neutral'. The roof isn't great generally, will definitley require other work down the track including full repointing. However, I am undecided at this stage as to whether we entirely replace the roof with steel. However, I don't want to do that just yet and the house has subsided in places so probably best get levels sorted before bolting on a roof, so just fixing this leak is the plan. Times are flexible. We’re looking for an experienced audio technician or electrician to come to our commercial venue and fix our in-ceiling (roof) speaker system. The speakers are installed throughout the space and connected to an amplifier, but we’re currently having issues with sound output (either not working properly, cutting out, or not connecting correctly — happy to explain further on-site).

Flashing needs installing on roof, approximately 8 metres. Two story town house. Prefer lead free flashing like wakaflex.

During heavy rain water is leaking into ceiling of bedroom. Patch it up. Doesn’t have to look good, just needs to stop the leak.

A small section (1.5x2m) of my roof has a metal cover that needs replacing. Doesn’t look as though it’s leaking through anywhere, but it’s very rusty and water is pooling in places. Need repair of roof to cover holes in most cost effective way. Ideally flashing on top of existing tin to cover holes. We have been quoted $1500 but tradesman never showed up to the job.
