I have a tile which has dislodged and needs to have mortar repaired and put back. It is on the second story. Only experienced roofers considered and if you break a tile you must replace it (I have spares). Work ideally done on a Friday or weekend.

Extracted from inspection report:" Loose, slipped and cracked roof tiles were observed at the time of inspection. While no evidence of active water ingress was noted internally, displaced and damaged tiles compromise the roof’s ability to effectively shed water. Roof tiles rely on correct overlap and positioning to prevent wind-driven rain from entering beneath the covering. Where tiles are cracked or have slipped from their intended position, there is an increased likelihood of further displacement during wind events. Progressive movement may create direct openings for water penetration, which can lead to moisture ingress into the roof space, insulation and ceiling linings over time. Recommendation: Realign slipped tiles, replace cracked units and check surrounding roof sections for adequate fixing and security."

1. Fix the roof tiles that caused this stain. Stain accumulated over the course of 4 years. I crawled in the attic and discovered there are minor drips when its raining. Solution: cement affected tiles? probably minor flashing required 2. Gutter cleaning (annual maintenance) Context. This house is situated on an elevated land. Frontend appears to be a two storey house, but its only 1 level.

I don’t know the date yet but it will be in the next week. The possums are being trapped over the next couple of nights. Once possums are removed o need a handyman to repair a big hole in the gutter / roof area that is their access point. The handyman would need to be flexible with availability to come as soon as possible once possums are removed. Need all your own tools and ladder etc . And please factor in materials into the price as you’d need to buy and bring these too. Single storey home. Available this week for anyone wanting to quote on site.

This is just for inspection and quote only. Roof corner (on single story) is leaking and had some temporary fix, but still leaks a bit. Need someone can do the jobs properly. Be aware of this before you putting the offer in. I will only release the payment when the job is done (no leak after next rain). If you can accept that, please don’t put the offer. Repair of damaged roof tiles

One of my roof tiles seem to have been displaced and need to be secured back into place, as the resulting hole has become an entry point for possums into my roof cavity. Must have own ladder and equipment.

Roof needs structural assessment (eg trusses etc) and fixing (so it’s structurally sound) when it gets re-roofed by someone who has already been engaged. The roof appears to be sagging in parts. Would want builder / carpenter to work with roofing company (eg fix roof when tiles are off).
