Hi I need a qualified roofer to do some work on 3 houses. I’m a builder I had a bad roofing sub contractor. They’ve missed some flashings, rainheads, downpipes and silicone. I need a roofing assessment done. After the assessment I need a list and a quote to repair all the works to get these up to a good standard. This job is just for the roofing assessment. Additional costs I’m happy to pay for after report and rectification quote

The TV ariel needs to be resecured to the metal facia on roof. (There is wood behind the metal facia where the screws go into but we are unsure of the condition of the wood). Also may need to check that roof gutter directly above isn't leaking down to where the ariel connects and if so may need sealant to prevent further problems.
