I have a terracota tile roof, on a two storey building. There is a leak coming down. I have cut a hole in the plaster, and removed some of the sarking to investigate what is going on. There seems to be 2 main leaks 1. Cause by spray foam from a prior poor repair. 2. 2 rows higher up (directy above) seems to be a badly seated tile (larger leak). This is possibly caused by the spray foam further down not allowing them to stack correctyly. The length of guttering is approximately 9 M in length. It will require end caps and a drop to be installed so as to reconnect to the existing storm water pipework. The guttering It is approximately 5 M above natural ground level and the land itself has a mild slope to it.

We are relocating a down pipe from tge original location to a new location 5meters away from the old. Its a pvc pipe. I don’t know the exact location of the stormwater drainage. Please come and quote on site

I need a licensed tiler to waterproof and tile a shower recess in my bathroom. The size is on the image attached. The height of the tiling area about 2m. We would like to have a hob perhaps 20cm high to make sure the water does not get to the main bathroom area. We will strip the old tiles and sheeting ourselves. I will put a budget in cost/per sq. m. for tiling. We understand that sheeting and waterproofing will be a separate cost.

Replace 10m of corroded Gutter onside of house. Between corner and first DP. 125 slotted quad Deep Ocean. 2nd storey. Steel fascia. Provide 90mm pop at wall or balcony column if falls cannot be adjusted (DP by owner) Gutter failed due to incorrect falls resulting in ponding when initially installed 20yrs ago. Hedges can be cut back as required to assist with access. Owner will dispose of cuttings.

Mortar tiles to valley so rain doesn’t overflow into roof

Need an Airtasker member who is a qualified Roof Plumber to mortar the valleys between the tiles on the roof please.

Cleaning roof gutter. Four bed house. Low set. Tiled roof.

Water proofing of retaining wall. At the highest point the wall is aprox 2M tall at the lowest it's 80CM, length is 9M. Wall was put up in 2008 when reno was done. Currently back filled with small gravel which will have to be dug out. Wall is 1.7M away from the fence. Budget entered is negotiable as I could only enter numbers on that page. Eric
