To install a Bunnings DIY sliding door which requires drilling screws as it is lockable. The door needs to be installed and connected to the sliding glass door.. also need tradesperson to puppy proof the side gate as there is a gap which the puppy can escape from . Please ignore my budget and provide your best offer including all airtasker fees, labour and materials to do the job. Under the front covered porch, there is a leak (when there is heavy rain) that has caused crack on the ceiling of the front covered porch. Need the source of the leak to be stopped and ceiling repaired. Ie. replacing roof broken concrete tiles (have spare tiles at the property), bedding/pointing mortar repair, gutter repair, etc. NOTE: We DO NOT need the whole roof replaced, painted or bedding/pointing mortar repair on all ridge caps and valleys. We only just need where the problem area to be repaired to stop the leaking in the front covered porch.

Abdul was helpful and did the task up to his ability and profession. However the leak wasn't fully fixed because the task is more suited for a licensed roof plumber. I appreciate his input and honesty. Its hard to find a roofer nowadays who will look after your interest rather than upselling. Thank you and God Bless Abdul.
