Replace existing Bali hut roof with insulated colorbond roofing. Approx. roof footprint 4.0 m × 4.9 m, hip-style roof with 1 m ridge. Roof slope/drop approximately 3.2 m on all four sides. Existing structure and gutters remain. Looking for an experienced metal roofer / roof and wall cladder, preferably QBCC licensed. Need accurate site measure, installation of roofing, hip/ridge flashings and waterproof finishing. Materials can be supplied separately based on installer's measurements/specification. Need flashing & guttering completed on a patio. Have the gutting however need the flashing supplied. Patio is around 10x4m. Also a pool filter box to be finished. Insulated panels already purchased. Looking for someone to help reseal the centre seam of the roof on my small pop-top Jayco Penguin caravan and install a new roof vent (I’ve already purchased the vent). The roof currently has a leak during rain (likely from the centre seam and a couple of old screw penetrations that were poorly sealed previously), so I’m looking for a proper, thorough job, not just a quick patch over the top. Scope: • Reseal centre roof seam, and any penetrations • Remove/clean up any failed or messy old sealant where needed • Install new roof vent properly and watertight • Connect 12V wiring for the vent (basic LED/fan wiring) The side silicon seams are not needing to be repaired or patched; the issue is only with the seam running along the center of the van rooftop and around the vent. Happy to work with a handyman or someone experienced with this kind of work – just want someone who takes care and does it properly. I have tried drilling rods for hanging curtains in my room but the holdings have not stuck in properly, I’ve not only created holes in my roof but I need them hung so they will be able to stay and hold my curtains. I need this done over the weekend. I’ve taken a photo of how I wanted it done and the crime scene I created. Willing to pay up to $200.

2011 Subaru Outback leaking water during heavy rain. Water ends up pooling under the front passenger floor. Likely a blocked or disconnected passenger-side sunroof drain. Water is constantly dripping from a section under the roof eaves (see photo). It looks like it might be coming from a leaking or misaligned gutter or blocked downpipe. I need someone to inspect, identify the cause, and fix the issue — possibly cleaning, resealing, or re-aligning the gutter.

Looking to sound proof this room, stop sound leaking out of the doors and reduce vibrations from bass. the ceiling is currently metal so need either acoustic panels or another option
